Do not buy this product. The webcam does not work in Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP. I bought it for my family in India and it was tested so many times in several different sets from DELL (XP) and also assembled ones in vein. There is no product support provided by Frontech, the supplier/manufacturer. Their only answer is since it is bought online to get it serviced we need to contact Tajonline and only if Taj ask they can service or replace. Tajonline follows a diplomatic stand as expected. Only thing works is the microphone for which no software is needed. Bluetooth dongle is never tested and I think is hardly needed in India. Do not buy any gadget online unless very reliable as I have been cheated several occasions through this portal. Most vendors are not worthy of this modern and innovative service. Only good thing is the delivery. They deliver quick and in time.
